There are two broad categories of ground staff jobs responsibilities ,they are

• Commercial role
• Technical role

Commercial role:

• ;Inside the airport terminal ground staff checking the passengers
• Re-booking passengers whose flights are cancelled
• Helping disable passengers
• Informing the passengers up-to-date information on flights ,assisting them with lost and delayed baggage.
• Helping in carrying out security checks
• Outside the airport terminal ground Staff performs the some duties which includes the loading and uploading of baggage in Airplane
• Arranging the services such as steps for passengers

Technical Responsibilities

• Coordinating staff around the aircraft during stopover
• Preparing Plan of flight ,weather ,fuel etc
• Managing airline network and take off slots
